Little Egg Harbor Couple win $10,000 Tacori engagement ring
60 second video wins couple grand prize.

Brendan Walsh, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., won a $10,000 Tacori engagement ring from Corinne Jewelers on Monday, Nov. 7, 2011.

Walsh was the winner of Corinne Jewelers One Minute Love Story contest. The contest, promoted through Facebook, asked contestants to tell their love story in 60 seconds or less. Walsh’s video, The Most Perfect Art, won with 1, 357 votes.

The Tacori setting, set with a stunning one-carat diamond, is from their Dantela Collection. The center diamond is surrounded by a halo of diamonds and flanked by pave-set diamonds curving along the shoulders, with signature Tacori details along the sides.

The winning video compared love to art as Walsh explained how his girlfriend, Jen, inspired him.

“I’m so excited I don’t even know what to do with myself,” Walsh said when notified that he won. “We can’t thank you enough. It’s a very, very exciting time for us.”

Walsh beat out 28 other contestants, winning by 127 votes.

“We’re glad to be a part of their love story now,” said Ryan Blumenthal, owner, Corinne Jewelers. “We’re thrilled with the results of the contest. There were many touching love stories.”
