This guarantee does not include normal wear and tear.
Risk-free Shopping
If you’re unhappy with the jewelry you’ve selected or received as a gift you can return that jewelry no questions asked! All we ask is that the merchandise is in its original condition. At that point, it may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt, unless marked otherwise. Any merchandise ordered, custom-made, or altered at the customer's request is not returnable.
